Common questions

What is the minimum contract duration?
Our minimum engagement is 3 months for contract staffing. Most engagements run 6–18 months aligned to SAP project phases. We also offer permanent placement for clients building in-house SAP CoE teams.
Can you provide consultants for Gulf projects?
Yes. We regularly mobilise consultants for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait. Typical mobilisation: 2–3 weeks (subject to visa processing). Most consultants have prior Gulf project experience.
What is your replacement policy?
We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee on all placements. If a consultant is not meeting expectations within 30 days, we replace them at no additional cost.
Do your consultants hold SAP certifications?
Most hold current SAP certifications verified via SAP's portal. We also place highly experienced consultants (15+ years) who may not hold current certifications — we disclose this clearly upfront.
